The Chicken Transport App ("the App") is operated by Gn Coldstore & Suppliers ("we," "us," "our") for our drivers and staff to record chicken purchases, sales, transport-related losses, and vehicle expenses while on the road. This policy describes what information we collect from users of the App and how we handle it.
The App is offline-first: purchase, sale, loss, and expense records are saved directly on your device first so you can keep working without signal in the field, and are synced to our servers once a connection is available. Records remain on the device until they are successfully synced.
We use a device-integrity library to check whether a device is rooted or jailbroken. This check runs on-device and is used only to flag a session as suspicious; it does not by itself block app use.
We do not sell your personal or business information. Trip, purchase, sale, and expense data is shared only internally within Gn Coldstore & Suppliers as needed for accounting and operations, or when required by law.
Passwords are never stored on the device; only a short-lived session token is kept locally after login. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
We retain trip, purchase, sale, and expense records for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with accounting and legal obligations.
The App is intended for use by our drivers and staff and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
