How to Request Deletion
- Contact us using the details below, from the phone number or email linked to your account.
- Let us know your registered shop name.
- We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

Before You Delete
If your shop has an outstanding due balance with us, it must be cleared to Rs. 0 before your account can be deleted.
What Gets Deleted
- Profile info (name, email, WhatsApp number, shop address): permanently deleted.
- Shop & delivery location data: permanently deleted.
- Profile picture & payment screenshots: permanently deleted.
- Order & transaction history: your name and contact details are removed from past orders, but the order records themselves are kept for accounting purposes, as required by law.
- Login/session tokens: invalidated immediately.
Partial Data Deletion
You can also request deletion of specific data (for example, old payment screenshots) without closing your account entirely. Just describe what you'd like removed when you contact us.
