The Salesperson App ("the App") is operated by Gn Coldstore & Suppliers ("we," "us," "our") for our sales representatives to record customer visits, collect orders, and report sales activity in the field. This policy describes what information we collect from salespersons who use the App.
Location tracking is used only during active working hours to confirm customer visits and plan efficient routes. Salespersons are informed when location tracking is active within the App.
We may use third-party mapping and location services to support route planning and visit verification. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function.
We do not sell staff or customer information collected through the App. Data is shared only internally with sales management and the coldstore's order-fulfilment team, or when required by law.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect staff and customer data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
We retain visit, order, and location records for as long as needed for business reporting and legal/accounting obligations, or for the duration of the employee's employment plus a reasonable period afterward.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
